Privacy notice

The controller of your personal information is YASS Healthcare Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 12042049).

• Enquiry form. Who the assessment is for, the type of assessment you are interested in, the age of the person being assessed, your name, email address and telephone number, your optional message, and your tick confirming we may contact you. We use it to reply to your enquiry.
• Booking a consultation. Your name, telephone number and email address, and the date and time you choose. We use it to arrange and confirm your appointment and to take payment.
• Payment. Card payments are taken by our payment provider, Stripe, through the booking system. We do not see or store your full card details.
• Messages. If you contact us by WhatsApp, telephone or email, we keep the conversation so we can help you.
• Technical information. When you visit the website, your device sends standard information (such as your IP address) to the servers that deliver the pages.

When you send the enquiry form, the website passes it to our web server, which emails it to the practice mailbox. We do not keep enquiries in a separate database. The email in our mailbox is the only copy.

Please do not put detailed health or medical information in the enquiry form, the booking or your first messages. A short message is all we need. Information about your or your child's health can be personal and sensitive, and you can share it later in a more appropriate setting.

If you do include it, we will use it only to respond to you.

We use your information because: you ask us to take steps before or to enter into a booking with you; you give us your consent (for example by ticking the box on the enquiry form); and we need to keep certain records, such as payment records, to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your information. We use these providers to run the service, and they handle information on our behalf:

• Bluehost: website hosting and email.
• Setmore: online booking calendar, confirmations and reminders.
• Stripe: card payments.
• WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to message us there.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The booking window is run by Setmore and has its own cookie choices, and the payment step is run by Stripe. Those providers set their own cookies under their own notices.

Enquiries about a child should be made by a parent or carer.

You have the right to ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, to delete it in some circumstances, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email info@yasshealthcare.co.uk.
